Rula’s mint lemonade
An ultra-refreshing, mint lemonade that I discovered in Jordan, one glorious hot and sunny day by the Dead Sea. This recipe was given to me by my dear friend Rula, whose wedding we were attending in Amman.
Ingredients
- Half a cup of water
- Half a cup of lemon juice
- One whole lemon peel and all
- 40 mint leaves
- Brown sugar to taste
- 20 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, mix all ingredients (yes, you put one whole lemon with the peel and all!)
